Terms & Conditions

Return Policy (Effective Date: November 14, 2025) At Keshav Fashion Homes, we take great care to ensure that every bedsheet, curtain, and home furnishing product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where the product delivered is damaged during transit or is completely different from what was ordered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete unboxing video or clear photos within 24 hours. The unboxing video is mandatory and must begin before opening the package, showing the parcel clearly to validate the claim. Products cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, slight shade differences due to lighting or screens, correct size delivered but size dissatisfaction, or any product that has been washed, used, or altered. Minor thread pulls or wrinkles caused during fabric handling and normal wear and tear after use are not considered defects. Once a product is washed or used, no claim will be accepted under any circumstance. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions along with the recommended courier service. You will be required to ship the product back using that courier, and once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund or payment will be processed within 5–7 working days. Please note that we do not arrange pickups; the customer is responsible for sending the return shipment as per our instructions. To ensure a smooth process, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and must include all tags and covers. Damage or incorrect product must be clearly visible in the unboxing video for the claim to be valid. Returns without proper video proof will not be accepted. For any queries or support related to returns, you can contact us at kchawla10201@gmail.com or call us at +91-9671612365. You can also visit our website at www.keshavfashionhomes.in for more details.
